I am Sam (Sameera) Mogal — founder of WE Ventures, serial entrepreneur, business coach, wife, and mama of two.
If you are here because a part of you is saying, “I want something of my own, but I am not quite sure where to begin,” you are in the right place.
I believe every woman brings her own strengths, experiences, ambitions, and story to entrepreneurship.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes, you simply need the right starting point, a clear path, and someone to walk alongside you.

My Journey
I have been on the entrepreneurial road for many years, and it has brought both incredible achievements and some very hard lessons. I have started a couple of businesses, built business verticals, raised capital, worked with JV partners, and helped build and lead a successful construction-tech company with more than 100 employees.
From the outside, it looked like success. And in many ways, it was. But behind the growth, I was carrying a lot. I pushed hard, took on too much, experienced burnout, and at times lost sight of myself in the process.
As a South Asian woman, wife, mother, and entrepreneur, I have felt the pull between ambition, cultural expectations, family responsibilities, and my own mindset struggles. The pressure of wanting to build something meaningful while also trying to show up for everyone and everything around me.
And I know I am not alone.
Over the years, I have met so many capable women who want something of their own, their own income, identity, purpose, freedom, and something meaningful to build but simply don’t know where to begin.
I realized that women didn’t just need a better way to build a business. Many needed a better way to begin one.
And today, that need feels more relevant than ever.We are living through a massive shift in the way businesses operate. AI and digital technology are changing how businesses market, communicate, find customers, and manage their day-to-day operations. For someone entering entrepreneurship, all of this change can feel overwhelming.
